Ugly looking. The cheese looks wrong somehow. Time to taste.

Tastes good. But the crust is too bready/crumbly.

I need to find a better recipe.

@SergKoren if it helps, this makes 5 pizzas 300g each.
300g white strong flour
300g white plain flour
300g whole wheat strong flour
600ml water
0.5 tsp yeast (I use Allison easy bake)
1.5 tsp salt
25g olive oil
1tsp sugar
I prepare the dough at 9-10 in the morning for the evening - 8 hours in total
It grows a lot and is a bit sticky, just fold it back every 2h if you have time

If we have time we make the 300g balls 1h before stretching it and let them raise
Stretch with a rolling pin but don't press too much
Spread 1-2 tbsp oil, 2-4 tbsp passata, 100g chopped mozzarella (not the grated one, it's too dry)
NO PINEAPPLE
We bake it at 230C fan for 10-12 minutes but I would use the highest temperature setting available and adjust the time accordingly (ideally 350C for 3 minutes but nobody has such an oven at home)

@polentabianca And there is nothing wrong with pineapple on pepperoni, if there is nothing wrong with pineapple on ham.
