AngryCommieKender, Since Georgia has Bail Bondsmen, I don’t believe they “10%” the bails. That’s what the bondsmen are there for. He just “wasted” 15k at the bondsman, since he would have gotten the entire $150,000 back, (minus court costs and fines if found guilty) but he won’t see a dime of that $15,000 he just paid the bondsman.
