When you want to emphasize a specific word or term, fine to inline the hashtag, just don't go crazy with it. If, however, you want to use hashtags purely for outreach or discoverability or simply added context that you feel doesn't go with the body of the post or creates too much noise, group them all at the end of the post
Hashtags at the end to make the post more readable for the sighted majority. As you say, no difference for screen-readers. (I mute people who are too lazy and use loads of in-line hashtags.)
