@Jyoti Sorely tempted to ping all of the queer hashtags I know to help us win -- ahem, I mean, merely show the truth about how damn gay the Fedi really is.

If the Fedi fails you, there's always Flexible Survival, I guess. They even have an account on the Fedi to announce updates, actually.
Look, I don't mind what they do. Some of my closest friends are straight, really. I even watch their action films. Hell, I even kissed a straight woman once. I am VERY broad-minded!
But the different sex stuff - ugh, can they stop with all that straight agenda? What about their crazy GENDER REVEAL PARTIES where they start the indoctrination of their unborn progeny? No.
I'm gonna pretend that I totally understand how you're getting different results to me and nod, "Yes, yes, extraordinary data we're seeing here, 15 trillions gays passing through an area no larger than Nether Heage every 13 seconds."
@Jyoti I think I might have been the first vote on there (or maybe it's something to do with how instances handle displaying poll results, like I don't see all of them since I'm on mstdn.social instead of mas.to).
Regardless, I'm going to pin it on gay furry hackers - the backbone of the fediverse.
More seriously, as much as boxes sometimes help us build solidarity and force political change, I don't personally believe we can contain out identities within these imperfect constructs. Identity is a process, a fuzzy dialectic.

@Jyoti@cd0 What is Cishet? I really feel much of my feed comes from a different universe (and one with lots of furry animals), but as someone who have a foreigner most of my life I’m used to not understanding everything and that’s ok.
