@ChanceHMiller It would have saved me a lot of time today if you had mentioned that the OmniFocus interactive widgets are only in the TestFlight version, not the shipping version. Maybe update the article.
In case you have a chance to add more, or have another list, I would really appreciated if you could consider Mango Baby with interactive widgets and StandBy support 🙏🏼

After implementing the actual features and creating the press kit + promo material, it just felt like a wasted opportunity to not at least give it a try 😅

I really regret now that I didn’t have it all ready much more in advance - I had to scramble it together until the last few days and I ended up not contacting many of the outlets I could’ve. I guess lesson for next time to not go on vacations during these summer months so I can have everything ready on time.
@luksape@ChanceHMiller@zenitizer Yeah, it’s a tricky trade-off, I think… I tried to to create some "sneak peek” promo material and start outreach as soon as I had a prototype ready with (nearly) finalized visual design, but still a few loose ends unter the hood.
It’s stressful though, because once you tell press folks and Apple Editorial you'll be shipping “XYZ” by a certain date, there’s a fixed deadline 😅
@luksape@ChanceHMiller@zenitizer As for summer vacations: I think it’s important to take time to recharge and relax and spend quality time with folks that matter to us (which often happens during the summer) so there’s gotta be time for that, too!
Our main summer vacation happened to be right after WWDC this year, which left me with plenty of time for the rest of the summer, but it’s not always possible to arrange things like that…
