My regular feed is now delayed for 15 minutes. And it's not even Eurovision any more. I might have done something wrong. Reducing Sidekiq processes from 6 to 1 might have temporarily hogged it...
Still looking for that perfect tutorial on how to optimize Mastodon. None found yet. The existing ones assume too much.

Had to check up the numbers again... Messed up. Created a bottle neck by accident. Shouldn't conf while exhausted. Queue is now almost cleared. Tomorrow I'm setting up them multiple services properly...
Okay so this article by Digital Ocean is the only article that is actually thorough, explains things and even helps to set up the services properly. I'm happy to say I have now splitted sidekiq queues for up to 15 000 users, so far so good. Speedy and no errors. #MastoAdmin
I went with the tip to split default in two and ingress in two. Pull, push, mailers and scheduler have their own services. So there's 8 in total.
I've never hard this good numbers in my Sidekiq panel. Full RAM utilization and no queues. Should be able to handle next Eurovision. I hope. :bunhdheart: #Sidekiq#MastoAdmin
