He didn't say "Bigger than anything being chanted on any college campus." He said "a bigger issue than anything being chanted on any college campus." The key word being "issue." The protests are not an issue, or a problem, or anything to take police action on. Those cops should go to Twitter's data centers instead, and shut them down for stealing water. And also uh, Nazi propaganda.
