Random factoid about Ventura County's farm country: if you drive around late (after 10pm?) magical street taco trucks and stands appear on random roads, and there are a ton of customers, too. You'd never know that empty dirt parking lot you drive by during the day is a hot taco location at night!!! #taco #streettacos #VenturaCounty

@mjf_pro Everyone is at home, rather than flying around. So if you move them at night when everyone has gone home to sleep, you don't leave a bunch of angry bees there the next day.
