@Tedpsycho Ted, you need to add a profile description of yourself. Then an #introduction. Without those, people tend to think that you might be a troll or fake account.
Please don't see this as criticism. I am just trying to share some of my understanding.
@johnb48@Tedpsycho Ted, JB speaks the truth, I don’t follow people who don’t have profiles unless they’re specifically vouched for by someone else.
It doesn’t have to be extensive, just a few basic facts, likes , interests that sort of thing.
Look at ours and see what bits you want to use in yours.

I was a newbie in November, and nobody told me about profiles. Only caught on the hard way.
We have a lot of fun here. MaJ1 and I tease each other constantly, and really enjoy our interactions. There are all kinds of people here. You will find yours.
Ooooooooooooohhhhhh. Last night I turned out the light around 0400 and then lay there and thought for an hour and a half. Finally turned the light back on and read for about a half hour. Turn the light back off and actually did get to sleep. That's neat.
I've become very conscious of that state between awake and asleep. It actually has a name.

If I have a restless night it’s usually a case of waking up at say 3am, attempting to get back to sleep for say 30 mins, giving up & then read or come on here , then I’ll catch maybe an hour’s sleep before AJJ gets up.
Hypnagogia is the transitional state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. Hypnopompia is the transitional state before you wake up.
During hypnagogia, it’s common to experience involuntary and imagined experiences. These are referred to as hypnagogic hallucinations. Up to 70 percent of people experience these, which can appear in the form of sights, sounds, or even feelings of movement.
When you consider that the experience of the universe is completely made up by your brain using sensory information and that even colour is a pigment of the imagination, isn’t everything a hallucination?
