I see #BrewDog is at it again. The most “punk” company that embraces the worst capitalist methods. Yeah the #punk way is greed greed and fuck you the costumer and the employee
Hmmm... so #BrewDog have stepped back from their pledge to pay all staff the (higher) voluntary Living Wage & wil now pay new recruits the (lower) legal minimum wage instead.
Whatever the context (& BrewDog claim in the round they offer a very good 'package' to employees), what it shows is that any commitment to the LW is just a mask for having to compete for #workers - when that pressure eases so does the 'commitment' to proper pay for workers.
I'm annoyed to find that indeed it's not a temporary situation but #Brewdog has indeed stopped stocking Fritz-Kola and most other alternatives in favour of boring Coke Zero.
I'm having a can of Bushwood Beer from Brewdog in Ohio, with tonight's bowl of Tohm Kha soup. I know that a good Pilsner is supposed to be on the hoppy side but this might be over my line.
