Thirty years ago today, #Commodore International declared bankruptcy. Not the #Commodore64, not the #Amiga, and certainly not the #CD32 could save them.
@piersg@NanoRaptor Even as fiction, not even close to the stupidest thing #Commodore ever did. They started working on an Advanced #Amiga Architecture chipset in 1988, but the company went bankrupt while it was still a prototype thanks to the project’s creeping featurism.
They did release a stopgap AGA (Advanced Graphics Architecture) chipset with 1992’s Amiga 1200 and 4000 computers and 1993’s #CD32 game console. But it was too little too late.
Installing the original Beneath the Steel Sky version for comparison against the #CD32 version. I don't like that there is no save game option in CD32 version.

Quite some time ago, I asked you what I should restore next, and you voted for a #Commodore#Amiga#CD32 that was showing no picture. This project was waiting in my to-do box for some months now, and I did a bit here and a bit there. Let's use this #RetroWeekend to (hopefully) fix this machine.
