I finally got a chance to see them perform live a few years ago. It was fantastic. Sure, the audience was all middle-aged, and the band was older than that, but jeez could they still rock.
Myles was great. I'm glad I got to see them when I did.
Left the Linux Mint Discord I was in because everyone there just felt like an elitist tech bro. One guy tried to push me into using Arch knowing I was a Linux beginner.
I want to learn, not be pressured into doing things a certain way.
@peterbutler just one of the many things about early 21st century life in the Bay Area I don't miss. Bad air where I now life might be a 50. But there were so many positives that I remember fondly. It's all swings and roundabouts as we say back home. #NoRegrets
That evening coffee last night was quite tasty, though I was indeed awake for a few brief chunks of last night.
That was a bit accidentally helpful though, as it made it easy to get up and pull the sourdough out of the fridge at 5:00am to begin rewarming and expanding on the counter. Could get to bread before lunch.
