The latest Panic! at the Disco album Viva Las Vengeance was pretty divisive among my friends, but I have huge props for Brendon just... making exactly the music he wanted and then peacing out. 😂
Also, I'm pretty sure multiple songs are about his relationship with his music and "the fandom." There's a lot more meaning there than you might guess at a glance.
🎧 Posted a-ha!'s "Take on Me" (1984) video last hour and thought, "That animation reminds me of the AI ani by #KevinHindriks in #PanicAtTheDisco's "Don't Let The Lights Go Out" (2022). They may be distant cousins but they're related. In my mind anyway.
