I expect these numbers to fall dramatically in February; I’ll be off on a special project three days a week, plus a week (we’re shooting a movie- Shhh!).
I haven't figured out how to track the #AppleFitness stuff yet; per exercise feels like it will add a lot of columns. Maybe number of exercises/time?
Isometric exercises like planks can help to lower blood pressure, study says
Researchers at Canterbury Christ Church and Leicester universities compared the efficacy of different forms of exercise on reducing blood pressure and found that “isometric exercises” – which involve engaging muscles without movement such as wall sits and planks – were almost twice as effective als other exercises.
@70sgayspaceangel I use #Plank. It’s not perfect, but it does work. I’m a recovering #macOS user, so I prefer a bottom dock and a top panel. I’ve posted my desktops with the #ShareYourDesktop hashtag.
