Northwest #Wisconsin and the #UpperPeninsula will see the #snow transition to #rain starting Monday afternoon. However, if you want the full effect from this "cooler by the lake" event, you have got to live in Superior, Wisconsin, the other half of the #TwinPorts. Just yesterday, I enjoyed a 68° mostly #sunny day in July. No #complaints. #wxtooter
