The Lower Falls at Tahquamenon Falls State Park, located in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The brown color in the water is tannin. It is leached from the cedar swamps that the Tahquamenon River flows through.

No matter the season, the view from the Mountain Lake Lodge in Virginia is peaceful and calm. This lodge is where they filmed many scenes from the popular movie Dirty Dancing.
There can be more to creating AI art than entering a detailed description and types of art styles or descriptors. I've found that you can create an excellent image with a phrase, followed by the names of some artists that might fit the art style you're looking for, then some descriptors. This image's starting point was the quote from Aliens about how "they mostly come out at night". Not using the word "alien" in my description yielded a very different result as the AI engine was evaluating the quote itself and incorporating the artist names I included and the other modifiers like "concept art and fantastical"
Using artificial intelligence, I wanted to apply a wet wash application to a photo illustration, making the image appear even more fantastical. I provided a detailed description of what I wanted to see and I invoked the names of several of my favorite (and very different!) artists such as Tanaka Atsuko, Dan Mumford and Winslow Homer. The result was astounding.
I love wandering around botanical gardens. So many contrasting and complimenting colors, different in every season. Our visit to the Belle Isle Conservatory in Detroit, Michigan was in the month of October and the colors were beautifully vibrant!

Standing in the sand on Miami Beach was a feast for the senses and a high point in my life. A rainstorm was coming and it would be raining that night. This was my view in the late afternoon. The smell of the air and the sound of the waves was tremendous!

This gently winding road in Gills Rock in Door County, Wisconsin is perfect for a Sunday drive. I had been chasing the sun that morning in the Door County peninsula (so many choices for sunrise shots!). I discovered this fantastic winding road, pulled over, and waited for a couple cycles to drive past me (didn't take long).

The Milwaukee Art Museum is an iconic structure on Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The iconic addition was completed in 2001 and was designed by Santiago Calatrava. The Burke Brise Soleil "wings" forms a moveable sunscreen and will close automatically if winds exceed 23 mph for more than 3 minutes. I was thrilled to see the wings were open when I visited after dark. The museum is reflected in the art museum's fountain pond.
My favorite view of San Francisco. We visited just months before I had surgery for torn cartilage in my knee. Even though it was difficult, I managed to walk to the top of Lombard Street to see this view. Totally worth it!
Siberian Tiger - AI digital art -- A couple days ago on Night Café, there was a daily challenge where the theme was "snowy portrait". I got to thinking about how I've never had the chance to photograph a giant Siberian Tiger in a snowstorm, so that is what I created with AI, providing a VERY detailed description and some modifiers like hyperdetailed and fantastical. Though I didn't place in the challenge, I was happy with my creation.

We were waiting for the sun to go down at Sunset Point at Presque Isle Park in Marquette, Michigan. I was happy to have this lone silhouette in the shot. Unlike the other people there, he was obviously stopping to appreciate the beauty of the moment.
