Our house in Essex is directly under the flight path used by fixed wing aircraft of the RAF to line up on Buckingham Palace for official flypasts marking various state occasions. Today was the 'official' birthday of King Charles III including a recreation of the flypast which was cancelled on coronation day because of poor weather. Here are images of some of the aircraft involved.

NEW: 📢 A small Cessna plane flew over a no fly zone in Washington, D.C. unresponsive this afternoon.

  • F16's were then scrambled to intercept the unresponsive aircraft.

  • The Office of Emergency Management confirmed that a sonic boom was caused by the .

  • Moments later the aircraft crashed.

By sheer coincidence, one of our Philippine Air Force's medium tactical transport is in enroute to to have its scheduled maintenance. Capacity is 70+ passengers plus it has a long flight range with STOL (Short Take Off and Landing) capability.

Let's hope & pray it does get diverted to help rescue our brother/sister in 🙏 |

I put what I had learnt from miniature painting into the paint job on this; without it would have just got block paint colours, this has shading and blending and washes, etc.
