Good weekend of work. 6x9 set of d4 dice generated numbers translated into 54x3cm red triangles. The 216x1.5cm black triangles are the same d4 numbers set symmetrically over the red pattern. #generativedice#generative#linocut#dataviz#dataart
This one took a bit of work, but really like the quilting feel of it. Took my earlier #Generative#linocut and added half size stippled black triangles. Rotation of the stippled triangles also set by the roll of a d4. #GenerativeDice#dataart#dataviz
I work and play with data. Sometimes, I just play.
A while ago, I noticed that Samantha Bee wore different jackets in her show. I thought it could be fun to create a small data set about those jackets and make a fun viz.
When I got the chance to meet her, I quickly made a printable version of a cute chart of her jacket colors. There is nothing quite like the joy of someone liking your nerdy little art projects.
Thrilled to announce our cutting-edge project, "The Art of Touch," in collaboration with Nike.
We pushed the boundaries by integrating artificial intelligence and real-time data art to explore the finesse of 'touch' in football, all while elevating Jamal Musiala as the embodiment of Nike's Tiempo boot. 🤖
It is my great pleasure to announce that my latest data artwork "Circadian Rhythms" made with Franck Aubry is on display at EPFL Pavilions until the end of July 2023.
