It's so handy that other people are still uploading to #FFLogs. I'm slowly switching to Sage & I haven't uploaded a thing with it, but I still have parses on it.
I've done Thaleia only twice & there are no logs there. Euphro & Aglaia are super easy, but at least I can see that I'm pressing some buttons correctly. It's no where near my WHM, of course, but at least it's mostly purple.
I /have/ been (deliberately) practicing shielding when it's not necessary.
Have to say, as much as I'm looking forward to #DawnTrail (starting an Ascian-free story, huzzah), I'm not sure how I feel about a neon-lit street in a fantasy setting.

With the 6.45 tool "relics", you need to have your existing one in bags/armoury chest to be able to give it to Chora-Zoi. This means you need a "spare" one in your inventory to use for the cutscene.
I had considered doing the 3rd improvement on all tools first. But not if I need duplicate tools!
So #FFXIV built in the "real group algorithm" into the Stormblood Duty Support. The healer "dutifully" died because she got caught in the cross-way AoEs at the Yol.
Only the second time I've had a healer die in Duty Support. I ought to be grateful. But with the run back to the Yol, I'm really not :P
Some of us were talking the other day about "needless slaughter" quests. Well, in Elpis where the value of animal life is...debatable, there's a FATE where you're killing creations to...inspire a researcher with ideas.
Yep, killing and battle purely so they could get excited about their research.

I managed to get my Mammon Lucis (ARR Miner Tool) and Rauni Supra (ARR Botanist Tool). I just need to acquire some Bamboo Paper to upgrade that to Lucis.
I had enough Flame Seals for that. The next crafting tool will need me to do some Ixal quests for their Tribal currency.
Despite the fact that these tools are quickly outgrown in the next expac, I quite like the process.
This alt hasn't started HW yet, so sort of pretending she's endgame.
More terrifying than any first-time dungeon: musical performances. And I used to do these IRL, some just with a piano accompaniment - and those were terrifying too.
Apparently fictional audiences bring back that feeling.
But it's done and I hope I don't have to repeat that again. I still remember my hideous performance during the "be a conductor" Starlight event...🙈
#FF14, c'est le probablement le #MMO sur lequel j'ai passé le plus de temps. @tangeek a du mal à s'en remettre quand il regarde mon compteur Steam (qui est pourtant loin du compte).
Ce jeu, c'est l'histoire d'un come-back inattendu, inédit dans l'univers des MMO.
Et vu qu'on parle d'histoire, l'extension sortie en décembre 2021 clôture un arc narratif qui s'est écrit sur 10 ans. (1/x)
