A thousand years ago, a goldsmith from Hornelund, Denmark created this gold clothes brooch, using delicate tracery to form its intricate pattern of foliage & vine leaves. Who could have known that it would still be admired a millennium later!
I'm having a closing down sale on the Etsy shop - 75% off all orders over £20 until the end of May. Due to the abundance of dropshippers and the changes they've made, its not worth it for me anymore. I may move to another platform, but I will see how things go. #handmade#sale#smallcreator#yarn#jewellery#crochet
Pieces that only exist once in the world.
My beloved fairy necklace with earrings went to a client in Hollywood. Paper yarn in fairy green with Japanese glass art. Elaborately handmade. For people who dare.
I still make them today in several colours, but each one is unique. Why did I never made one for me?! 🤔
Scarab bracelet of lapis lazuli, set in gold, from previously-unlooted 3,300-year-old tomb of Pharaoh Tutankhamun in the Valley of the Kings, excavated by Howard Carter in 1922.
Happy Valentine's Day!
And remember, it's always a good day to show love and if their love language speaks thoughtful gifts, I made a few things for your loved one/ones ❤️
I'm based in France, I'm making stock to open back my shop. These will be between 8/10e each (+tracked shipping) and packs will be 15e each (+tracked shipping). I would love to go lower but sadly one can only go so far. This time instead of selling immediately what I have I'm thinking of refurbishing things and making at least a "permanent" catalogue with pre-made things because doing everything on commission and setting myself only 3 days to ship made things and 7 for commissions was too much
