Can someone on #kbin do me a favor? Can you check to see if a post I made actually went through? Something weird is happening - the post is showing up on my profile page, but I can’t see it on the magazine page at all. #kbinmeta
It appears you can't tag a post in a magazine with hashtag the same as the magazine name however this prevents those posts showing up on a search for that hashtag. Is this intentional?

So how exactly do Kbin Microblog posts federate with say Mastodon, or vice versa. If I were to post via my Mastodon account (assuming my instance federates with KbIn), how would it associate it with a magazine?
If you @ the magazine it should turn up in the microblog. Magazines also usually have a list of hashtags - if you use a hashtag it will also go into the magazine. #kbinMeta
