last week (right) vs this week (left)

same weight (92,5kg) tried to improve my ... Did I succeeded?
What I changed was basically rotating my feed a little bit more outwards which allowed me to keep my chest more upwards and getting a overall more stable position.

Very small fix but I think it worked.

Smash it on my forehead. The egg goop runs down my face into my mouth. I eat the egg raw, shell and all. Then I do a primal yell and bust out another set of 20 reps.

Getting my morning started off right with leg day completed plus my usual 30 minute cardio of a walk on a treadmill. And it’s only 7:00AM. This bowflex and home office gym I built was a great idea. I can easily see myself being in shape by end of winter and definitely before DEFCON.

It's only 140kg (what I would still consider ) but I couldn't lift it more than 2 times in a row. So I tried to get as much as possible with a approach.

now finally show's it's effects on my performance. It's still 1 week left before making the Xmas break and evaluating things for the coming year.

Always nice and controlled, especially on the negatives!

How do I force myself to do leg day? The thought of doing it depresses me and makes me want to give up working out entirely. I don’t enjoy any aspect of it and skip a lot. I want to like it. I want nice legs. Back when I was forcing myself to do it, it made me dread the workout beforehand, made me feel like I was dying during it, and would take me so long to recover between sets to do the next one that it just took way too much time, depressing me even further?

My routine was all messed up because of the power outage this morning. Turns out that my wife thinks it is a bad idea to squat and deadlift in a pitch black basement.

I was able to squeeze 75-80% of it in this afternoon between meetings and I’ll take that as a win. Heavier weight, fewer reps, but never skip #legday!
