It's only 140kg (what I would still consider ) but I couldn't lift it more than 2 times in a row. So I tried to get as much as possible with a approach.

now finally show's it's effects on my performance. It's still 1 week left before making the Xmas break and evaluating things for the coming year.

How do I force myself to do leg day? The thought of doing it depresses me and makes me want to give up working out entirely. I don’t enjoy any aspect of it and skip a lot. I want to like it. I want nice legs. Back when I was forcing myself to do it, it made me dread the workout beforehand, made me feel like I was dying during it, and would take me so long to recover between sets to do the next one that it just took way too much time, depressing me even further?

@dannotdaniel Also the community is beyond welcoming, however people are not using enough hashtags in their posts and finding people with similar and simply “popular” interests is hard. I am interested in lifting, a lot of people lift but is practically dead. And there are many other examples.

Doing both my first long (for me) ride (45 minutes) and then kicking off my new weight training program with the required fitness level assessment is really kicking my ass today. Good thing it is a holiday so will be shoveling in some extra food later today :)

Apparently I’ve been doing squats wrong?? Maybe I should stop using Smith Machine altogether and stick to basics? I feel like I need to justify my gym trip by doing something fancy; I mean you can do basics anywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️
