It’s full. I mean, totally. But I need One More Pedal - a TC Electronics Ditto+ mini looper. I really don’t want to buy an even bigger board. I want to find some kind of “add-on” solution where I could clip or bolt on a small extension. I don’t mind drilling holes, but I probably wouldn’t be able to make something out of wood or metal. Needs to be stury enough to be stomped on. Any ideas?
Meanwhile, I got sidetracked again because this cute thing just arrived. The smaller version of the legendary Big Muff guitar effect pedal. It sounds just like its bigger sibling, noisy and sweet. It was a grunge era favorite and Hendrix allegedly used one as well. Love it. Found it for cheap and the plan is to make some modifications for more versatility (maybe there’s even going to be a video about that in the future). #Guitar#GuitarEffects#Pedalboard#BigMuff
#guitar#pedalboard update.
Adding the #compressor to a #daisyChain raised the noise floor, so I bought another used #PP2+ and wired it up.
It still hisses, maybe slightly less, but at least it costs more.
Delay pedal absent while I add a jack for an expression pedal that I hope will work. #GearSquad
Here’s the final reveal of my #guitar#pedalboard. Two rows of pedals on what is technically a board with vertical space for three rows of pedals. But, I’m wobbly and unstable on one foot, and need more space to avoid mashing the control knobs of the row below. So, big board for clumsy feet. Signal flow goes from right to left, starting on the bottom row, then up to the top row again righ to left.
#NPD - JHS Pulp N Peel. I got a second #compressor so that both #guitar and #bass#pedalboard have one.
Used one last night at open mic. Has dirt (Rat), EQ, and compression, and an XLR out for DI into the soundboard, which helped much.
#Guitar#question: How many #fuzz#pedals on your #pedalboard?
(I'm thinking of going to 2.)
Please boost for greater reach, comment on why, send toots, go nuts, have fun.
I can't tell whether the new power supply helps.
8 outlets for 12 pedals - the gain pedals, the flanger, and the analog delay are daisy-chained. #guitar#pedalboard
OK, bought a power supply for a #pedalboard One of the pro-ish ones pro-ish pros promote. No more #DaisyChain. Now I'll be able to play Eruption. #guitar
On todays episode of “As the Pedalboard Turns:” Made some space for my new Wampler Tumnus, which I’m digging.
