Somebody else's #guitar#pedal on loan.
I want one. The Jag sounds/feels like it's alive through this thing. I hear some people don't like these? #fuzz#muff
If you need some wild, menacing, herky jerky, often fuzz-drenched music for some energy this Friday, may I present for your ear holes a new discovery from Detroit, FEN FEN.
Fen Fen don't mess around. This self-titled record of theirs is from two years ago. Kinda garage punk, kinda remind me of like, Braniac sometimes? Also a little Briefs or Buzzcocks.
Funny - where I want to be seems magical, where I am seems ordinary, and when I get somewhere I want to be, it is still ordinary.
Maybe my sense of wonder is dampened by a lack of selective serotonin reuptake inhibition?
Ah, if dangling a shiny imagined time in front of me keeps me putting one foot in front of the other, maybe it's all good.
@L0wKey I could use a muff. I only have two #fuzz pedals - wait, three - and they sound slightly different.
What I really want is a big empty room to play in, and some people to play with.
Killer hazy, heavy #garagerock with Ty Segall playing drums.
A friend bought me this when it came out in ‘13, and it took me a while to click with it. Now, I listen to it multiple times a year, and it’s become a fun album I consistently revisit.
Super #stonerrock goodness, particularly the song “What’s In My Head?”.
J'ai découvert les pédales PFX ... qui sont dans l'hérault à Mèze je crois. Puuuuuiiii. Chapeau. Cette fuzz qui combine la fuzz face et la tone bender est extra. Merci aussi à #azema musique pour la découverte. #fuzz#pfx#guitar
"Devil Electric are a riff-heavy, four piece rock ’n’ roll band from Melbourne, Australia. Taking musical cues from the hard rock greats of the ’70s and combining them with powerful, female fronted vocals."
The Fever Dream, by Pine-Box Customs and Mask Audio Electronics is a fuzz with a modulatable resonant filter.
Oh, and a CB radio microphone which runs through the fuzz and filter, naturally.
It's a noisy thing, more than capable of overwhelming your guitar playing with the resonance of the filter. Dial it back a bit, or roll down your guitar's volume, and it's much friendlier.
Whee - I have two #fuzz#pedals now!
Thankfully, they sound different - the Fuzz Face has more mids, and the Tone Box is more versatile with its tone knob and octave switch.
the FF cleans up with my 57/62 pickups #strat more obviously, both clean up at vol 7-8.
I'm quite pleased. #NPD
#Guitar#question: How many #fuzz#pedals on your #pedalboard?
(I'm thinking of going to 2.)
Please boost for greater reach, comment on why, send toots, go nuts, have fun.
I can't tell whether the new power supply helps.
8 outlets for 12 pedals - the gain pedals, the flanger, and the analog delay are daisy-chained. #guitar#pedalboard
