Ça détend bien et ça étire le dos.
À faire tous les matins avant quoi que ce soit d'autre.

Qi ( Tchi) c'est le souffle, l'énergie.
Ces mouvements sont à faire en utilisant la respiration abdominale.
J'ai même tendance à utiliser la respiration complète : abdominale, poitrine, clavicules et épaules.

Excellent aussi avant une scéance de sport. Ou après...ça dépend de la pratique.

Good morning and TZAG, friends.

I am having a very good morning,

I had an especially enjoyable round of and sit.

My comfort at my new $dayjob keeps growing. I am still preparing for my first project and have some ideas for some coding to help me work out a few ideas before the formal kick off.

I am planning to end my work early to visit my usual weekly haunt, Saints Row Brewing, to see my friends among the staff and regulars.

Are you clenching your jaw? Blow a raspberry and relax your facial muscles.

Are your shoulders tense? Shake out your arms and let the shoulders drop.

Are you hunched over? Sit up straight and stretch your arms over your head for a few seconds

Have you been sitting for a while? Walk around, stretch, or move what you can to get the blood flowing.

Take a few deep breaths and let the breath out in a sigh.
