It’s pissing it down & the hibernation urge is very strong this morning - the urge to venture out & exercise is fairly nonexistent!
However there is an amount of frustration to release , so a 10k walk thru the pouring rain might be just the ticket !

Yesterday seems to have totally drained me, not really feeling it today at all.
Not even really bothered about my weight today. Death by chocolate seems to be back on the cards 😆 .

So today we’re off to the lowlands of Lancashire to celebrate my nephews’ 18th birthday. I would be more excited but he is somewhat of an ungrateful, spoiled thing so we don’t really get on.
Still gotta welcome him to adulthood I guess !

So my battle with both my weight & my ASD/PDD continues today,I will try to get out for another walk today , but can’t promise to get thru all the mentions from yesterday / last night , energy levels are very low 🏧 🙄🤦♂️.
