It's pretty apparent based on the awesome mass protests around the world that we're not buying any of the bullshit that Israel or the US or the rest of the pro-ZioNazi West is shoveling about "Hamas terrorists justify our actions of genocide and land grab!! Agree or you're an Antisemite!!!!"

Does nothing by itself to stop the killing, though. We need A LOT more than just a ceasefire; we need a real Left to overthrow this consensus and force Israel to stop this madness.

senate just unanimously adopted a resolution condemning pro-Palestine student protesters as "in solidarity with Hamas" and anti-semitic. The resolution calls to "fully and completely support Israel" in its war on .

Everyone from Bernie Sanders to Rand Paul voted for this.

Also....in the House of Representatives, a privileged resolution has been put forth by Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene specifically calling for censure of colleague Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib as "antisemitic" and "in solidarity with Hamas" for defending her kinfolk and Palestinian Gazans against Israeli genocide.

A similar resolution pledging full backing of Israel's actions and labeling protests against them as "antisemitic" passed the House with only 10 Democrats & 1 Repub. opposing.

Problem is, all this is just that....imagination.

In the actual real world, Bernie Sanders sold out his movement to the Democrats in 2016 and delivered his votes to Hillary Clinton, who managed to lose anyway on her own demerits; then, in spite of being scapegoated and ridiculed and trashed by the Democratic Party establishment, promptly did the same thing again for Joe Biden. Except, Biden won, and promptly backstabbed Sanders.

I will be 60 years old next year.

I survived Ronald Reagan.

I also survived in a state which at that time elected Democrats like Edwin Edwards, John Breaux, and Mary Landrieu...the latter two being US Senators and Democrats so conservative they voted Clarance Thomas into the Supreme Court.

It was Democrats like that that made me leave the party back then, and I've never looked back.
