amazing how Putin only won by 87% considering he murdered and imprisoned his only opposition. So, stuffing ballot boxes, forcing people to vote at gunpoint, murdering and imprisoning your opposition and he still couldn’t get the total votes? What more does a guy have to do?
My absentee ballot had not arrived by today. It turned out that my Canadian address had been ‘mistakenly’ purged from the rolls. I didn’t know this because when I checked to be sure I was still registered, my US address said that I was.
I got it sorted with with great help from a HUMAN at the Registrar’s Office. My vote will count because I was able to print and mail my ballot today. It only allows you to print it 1x. Good on California! And, BTW: 50 yrs of NOT MISSING A SINGLE VOTE! bows
I remember thinking, feeling acting as if, int eh 60’s that the nation and world were waking up, people becoming a better community, letting go of all that is ugly about us until then… but now I wake up and see that hate, stupidity, mindless rage, are fashionable … and the TV just loves it.
His lawyers going on TV to declare he is a billionaire can possibly be liable for promoting a fraud. They are vouching for his wealth on a broadcast, essentially speaking as his agent, which could possibly influence some business deal. Unless that biz deal doesn’t understand that he can’t pay his bills.

They are the ultimate political weapon.
The Republicans say they are “Protecting Life”, but they do not feed, clothe, house, educate, nor protect the bodies that carry the unborn.
They deny them medical care, food, clean water, safe housing, cooling in the hot summer, warming in the cold of winter.
They cost Republicans nothing.
Women are discriminated against by employers, lenders, housing, because they are, could become or have been pregnant. They can be denied wages/salary equal that of their male counterparts, because they are, could become, have been pregnant. Worse, if they have a child, more points deducted. Republicans don’t protect them.
These ‘defenders of Human Life’ continue to gleefully execute prisoners, even those whose innocence is apparent. Because my friends, holding the power to kill the defenseless is addicting to the Nazi that dwells within the beating heart of every Republican voter who chooses to pretend that they too, are “protecting life”. After all, they’ve given their hard earned money to republicans. Buyer’s Remorse would overwhelm them if they allowed themselves to think about it.
