Red-eye gravy would be too watery for pizza, if you mean substituting country ham with Portabellos + coffee. Could thicken with flour, browned in veg oil. Sounds good. The ham is too salty for me, and I love Portos.

There's a local guy who wood-fire bakes a Chicago-style deep-dish pie with a good pepperoni. WHEN I ate pizza, that was my go to, and I'm spoilt for anything else.

The pies were $13. But if I called ahead and picked it up, he gave it to me for $10 and put extra pep on. He called it my "Loyal Customer Slash Senior Discount."

My last pie was February 2020, days before I put the house on lock-down, and I can't eat that stuff anymore. x

Wars of aggression shouldn't just fail to secure more territory to the agressor. They should lose some.

The intl community should support Ukraine in getting a symbolic compensation as a part of Russian territory if very large reparations cannot be secured.

Attempts to recover such territory will cause the next compensation territory to be much larger, with even stronger military support guarantees from the west.

Problem with your scenario:

The territory "taken" would always and forever be the source of conflict and engender more nationalism. There is no good answer.

I am thinking about what it might be like to have a non-anonymous account. Maybe not this one, but another one. I've been anonymous online for like 25 years.

But I see how others are attacked, online and IRL. And I live alone with a kid. And I am self-employed, and low income, with no institutional support for safety or legal issues.
