I’m thinking a VisionOS app that displays a 3D bookcase with 3D readable books would be enough reason for me to buy a VisionPro, if the bookcase fit in with my decor.

Perhaps it might be useful if you get (as I have got) a couple of alpha readers - chapter-by-chapter reading and feedback which motivates me to keep going.
Been there, seen it, done it, wrote the book and the screenplay, directed and starred in the film, wear the T-shirt, bear the scars, therefore... admitting being wrong ain't that hard no more!
But it ain't courage - it's honesty and damn the consequences!
They are as sensitive about loss as any creature that forms a relationship. Maybe they need a little space, maybe they're just mooching about... be patient and you may find they're back sooner than expected.
