Been trying to figure out how to phrase the next era of my / studio

If it's my partner and I making games, but she's a very silent artist partner and wants zero exposure, do I just roll the "single creator" angle?

It feels weird, but also a lot of single creator games sure have lots of contractors so shrug?

Like if I say "couple", EVERYONE gonna zero in on that. The angle they'll want is couple interviews. And, well. No.

@glassbottommeg for me I usually credit myself primarily “Game by Sophie, Music by XYZ.”

If your partner doesn’t want exposure you can credit them with an initial or even an X.

Personally I call myself a solo developer, but I’d never say a game was made by one person unless it really was just me.

I get that you probably do more press than I do though, so you need concise and clear messaging, not sure I can help with that as concise and clear isn’t my thing… I mean, look at this toot lol.

It’s fucked up the way people act like we’re so much more advanced than ancient humans.

Can you imagine INVENTING bread? I don’t think I could figure it out with what I know now. And I live in a world with bread and farming everywhere.

I know you need grain, which needs to be… milled? Maybe? And yeast. I have no idea what the fuck yeast actually is though, some kind of mould?

So yeah, some mashed up grain, mould, and maybe some water. That’s my literally best guess.

Oh also I need to build an oven, how is an oven different from a furnace? I don’t know.

Ancient humans were fucking awesome.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been asleep today.

It's done, buuuuuut now that it's in and doesn't have pico-8 limitations, I can afford to thoroughly comment the code for anyone wanting to study it. So I'll do that before release. Might take a while tbh.
