Sat with a 20 year old girl last night while she cried because her oldest friends, literal lifelong friends were being unapologetically transphobic to her, no matter how they were called out on it.

She didn't need to hear that every* trans person I know has lost friends, family, partners of all ages and backgrounds.

In a group of 5 20yo kids, one is trans and 3 are openly transphobic.

This isn't just a Boomer thing. This is a human thing and we can't assume it will go away on its own.
