My father passed away this weekend and I’m writing his obituary. It's due at 5 pm EST. Will someone read it and tell me if it's bad? I only want to honor his memory, capture a piece of his life, and avoid embarrassment. (I probably could have done better capturing his personality.)

Jumping back into my drawing app after a two year (!!) hiatus. Things were left in an incomplete state, but I was able to quickly restore a lot of functionality I just plain forgot I implemented. 😬

This is the app I need to make to feel comfortable with drawing. You know, rather than just picking up a pen or pencil and doing it. 🙄

App Store indie business—the good and the bad:

First, I'm grateful and fortunate to currently have App Store features.

But, they haven't been updated in a long time. Example: Olli outsells Cinemin even though it's older. 🤷‍♂️ And no changes or new features in maybe 2 years.

It probably seem dumb and naive, but as a small developer my entire business strategy was to align with Apple’s "App Store eco system" (their term), do good work, and hope to go viral or get featured.

I had some success with Lightroom’s new generative removal tool—I needed to remove the screen protector's bottom edge overlapping the text. I messed up the G but fixed it later.
