@kevincollier As noted elsewhere, if I were a regular guest, contributor, or host who has integrity on MSNBC or NBCNews, I'd refuse to appear with a brownshirt like Ronna Romney McDaniel.

TBH, I'd see it as a sign of integrity if any of those folks committed to NOT having her on at all, ever.

In your case, I'd refuse to post anything favorable about her.

Hamas is a terrorist organization, as defined by the U.S. govt., as your linked piece notes.

Palestinian citizens are not all Hamas members, so therefore are not terrorists.

Members of IDF are soldiers, no matter how heinous the orders they're carrying out are.

Cowering from definitions doesn't protect the media. It makes news media cowards, & cedes the space to the propagandists.

Bye beautiful view from Portland room👋🏼 Medford, here we come.

To respond to many of you, no , we don’t take time on these “commutes” to/from Canada for side trips or sightseeing. We beeline 9 hours at a stretch from stop to stop, only pause to eat lunch in the car and make necessary stops. These are never leisurely treks. We do this 6x a year to fulfill perm residency obligations in BC until we can move permanently. 👍🏻

There's one that goes from just south of DC to Florida, near Orlando. That's it, just the one.

I've ridden it, and it's fantastic.

Wish there was one from near the two end points of your travels.

Still insane how fast - and in what direction - that storm moved.

I wanted to be a meteorologist for a while, when I was younger, and I've always paid attention to the weather in the U.S. And I don't recall a storm quite like that in that area. Damned thing ran, fast, straight north from Baja.

That's 100% not normal.

    In the past week, three times, unbidden, that principle has come up in conversations I've had with other media professionals in national media.

    The context of all three conversations was that there's a debate going on in newsrooms, with that axiom at the core, in both publications and at broadcast outlets…

    As we all know, anecdotal info isn't perfect. but it can often give a bit of color to the picture and help point where the winds are blowing.

    Glad that more in our industry than I'd thought are frustrated by horse race journalism – & cheered further that a growing number are using your frame to fight for better.
