@mxtthxw Craig wasn’t really on the scene by that point (he ended up doing well behind the scenes in the music industry, I think). I liked Luke because I always went for the underdog, but saw (stalked) Matt more as he lived a bus ride away. I have some funny stories from that time.
Should have hit this milestone yesterday, really, but a busy weekend messed me up. I don't how the hell I'm going to come up with another 25k words, though. I don't have enough plot left! 😩
I'm shattered, I have chronic bum-ache from sitting at my laptop so much, the husband forgot what I look like, and my exercise routine went out of the window. However, I have a whole draft of a new novel, which would normally take me years (going by previous efforts). I also learnt loads.
And that wasn't today's only win. I popped into Sainsbury's on my way home from a work thing earlier. I was feeling confident with just 800 words to go at that point, so I picked up a celebratory advance bottle of fizz. AND I ONLY GOT ASKED FOR ID! 😱🍾🏆
Also, Google has a dire selection of 'people falling down stairs' videos. Loads of staged efforts by stuntmen and one absolutely terrible scene featuring Jeannine from Eastenders.
