I've always admired your origin story, and understand why you sold out, I don't agree with the biz model, but more importantly, I think you have an opportunity to salvage your reputation in the minds of your worst detractors if you openly embrace and the .

This wouldn't be like me selling Pixelfed to Instagram, and I'm sure they know that.

So I've been struggling with disk space on my M1 macbook air (256G), between android + ios development, work and pixelfed development (incl a 16G database) I would have to delete one to work on the other and it's really frustrating, to the point I want to get a new mbp with at least 1 TB of storage.

Tonight I found multiple logs from php and mysql that were 10GB+ in size, oh gosh. Now I'm not constrained by my workflows and I wish I discovered these huge logs sooner 😅

I've updated https://fedidb.org to resume crawling and aggregating stats from pawoo and baraag so the stats/counts are accurate but I added an attribute to hide their listings.

I think this solves the issues of inclusion and accuracy.

What do you think?

@Erik It was first observed in 2021, was it offline for more than a few days?

Anyways, I re-added it manually https://fedidb.org/network/instance/social.uden.ai and will work on a feature that allows you to trigger a manual update from the website!

@Erik Probably because fediverse.observer includes Diaspora (and maybe other non-activitypub protocols) and doesn't remove instances that have gone down.

fediDB only includes instances that have been observed "online" in the past 2 weeks.

Seems like you missed the entire point, how can you claim those things but ignore the fact that the AAA talent and monologues played a crucial part.

This isn't a Marvel franchise, why you talking about 'world-building' when it's about the complete opposite?

Reviews like yours are misguided and detrimental to those you share them with, like can you not just appreciate something without complaining?

Would love to get some advice:
I hope to make an art-only account on the FediVerse. But seems broken for my account there - and so far I get zero support from either PixelFed or the admin of my instance.
Sadly I must assume it's not ready 😕

I'm not sure yet if I should switch instance or switch to Mastodon. I'm hoping to reach a wider community ... so I'm tending to make a .social account, rather than an .art one. Is that a good solution? Any other options?
