@adam founded NAS in 2017 at a time when very, very few had heard of the fediverse. Later, I began hosting NAS.

It has been my honor and privilege to run NAS and provide value for value. Thank you, Adam, for your trust in me.

Near 6 years is a long time.

Looks like Motorola backdoored the ARC4 encryption mode in the DMRA standard (which remains unavailable to the public): https://forums.radioreference.com/threads/i-found-a-bug-in-motorola-dmra-arc4.464874/

Their ARC4 implementation is trash regardless, but it makes you wonder about the AES implementation.

Once again I feel the need to write specifically to those who are still being led into muddled thinking by the various anti constitutionalist fables such as devolution, law of war, etc., but also to Patriots in general.

I am amazed to see that people like Jon Herold and Derek Johnson are still able to command an audience when we have had over three years of shared experience that pretty much utterly destroyed their cherry-picked and laboriously assembled narratives.

Suddenly some guy sends a PR to update the version of xz in use to the backdoored version:

Well, for my fellow edrama fags out there, Nick Rekieta, his wife, and his whore are all in jail for Drug possession (Nick and wife w/ firearms possession accessory charge).

Tonight is radio programming night.

I'm equipping multiple families in my network/neighborhood with Baofengs, and some with T-Decks.

Tonight I'm programming them and printing + laminating my 2-page "uh oh" user guide.

Baofengs (or any common radio equipment) are NOT secure communication, but useful nonetheless.

Meshtastic devices are more secure (have encryption), but offer much less range. IMO, this is actually advantageous.

Help your neighbors. Make allies. Don't put it off.
