@WTL @amchagas I do this as well. When inside, I watch movies but outside audiobooks and podcasts. I've done more reading in the last several years then I did growing up by 100x folds! I highly recommend it too.

Knocked out my twenty pushups (I decided to make pushups an every-day thing for now to see how that goes), then went for 26km of around . It was a cool and foggy morning for a ride.

Fitness after 40 often feels like constant rehab. I often frame my goals as wanting to return to the form I had when I was younger. I feel like this is probably regressive, but it’s still motivating. Anything that keeps me going is positive.

@scyt Personally, I agree. My motivation now is to stay fit as long as possible. I'm more careful in my and routines. I've added yoga because it helps keep me limber and reduces the stiffness. Will I break my PRs? nope. But I'm beating my younger self in vo2max and time exercising. My goals now are to be consistent with pace and exercising at different target heart rates. I feel healthier and have more endurance than my 20s self.
