Really need help with this month's rent/bills. Got some good news this week about getting into a PhD program but that unfortunately doesn't improve the financial situation for 5 more months. @coolboymew I find it is easier for me to just not eat before noon. by the time noon rolls around, I want to eat something. whereas if I eat breakfast, then I either feel compelled to eat lunch -OR- I don't feel like I can make it from breakfast to dinner without eating.
what I find most difficult is not eating anything at all after 8PM.
