I'm looking for to set fire to my bank, Immoscout and possibly Schufa (see also https://chaosfem.tw/@irati/111892573103626901 for the latter) who all decline addressing me other than "Frau" or "Herr" or letting me change my name to match my .

My defence insurance already agreed to take over the first consultation. So, does anyone know any attorney who doesn't need to be clued up first? Thank you all so much for any reply, publicly or privately, or reposts.

Inhaltlich kann ich Ihre Begründung gegen §§3, 19 AGG verstoßen zu können, da eine dritte Partei, derer Ihr Unternehmen sich bedient um meine personenbezogenen Daten zu verarbeiten, ohne dass ich einen Einfluss darauf hätte, ebenso dagegen verstößt, nicht ernsthaft als legitime Antwort auf meine Frage lesen.

Unabhängig davon, dass (technisch betrachtet) der Abgleich zwischen den Datenbanken Ihres Unternehmens und denen der Schufa auch ohne ein rein binäres Merkmal pro Person einen sinnvoll nutzbaren Primärschlüssel pro Person haben dürfte (liegen doch auf beiden Seiten Namen, Geburtsdaten und aktuelle Anschriften vor), stellt sich weiterhin die rechtliche Frage danach, wie mit Menschen mit dem Geschlechtseintrag "divers" oder mit einem gestrichenen Geschlechtseintrag, die der Personenstand explizit zulässt, umgegangen wird - Ihrerseits und seitens ~

Abschliessend verweise ich auf das Urteil des OLG Frankfurt am Main vom 21.06.2022, Aktenzeichen 9 U 92/20 und behalte mir weitere rechtliche Schritte vor, sollten Sie Ihrer gesetzlichen Verpflichtung weiterhin nicht nachkommen.

Juristin: Ich würd bibbernd unterm Tisch sitzen, wenn ich das first thing tomorrow morning im Postfach hätte.

It's really funny how when I was younger, just out of school, a lot of old people told me I'd become more conservative and move to the right politically during my 30s.

My 30s are almost over and I've only added much more radical leftist ideas to my political portfolio compared to my early 20s as well as refined and reflected on the existing ones. A process which will never be done.

Turns out age has nothing to do with it.
