I hope not to the degree it's been happening on Twitter. That it happens at all is shameful.
I haven't seen that here and I hope I don't. I also belong to a break-away instance, not a part of the federation, where the community is tight and moderation swift. If anyone tries that there, they're gone. That's why I spend the majority of my time there.

As some of you may remember, I left an iPad Pro in a Las Vegas hotel room last November. It eventually made its way to an electronics buyback store in Oklahoma. I contacted the store multiple times and they said they would send it back to me.
Now? It’s in China. I think it’s safe to say I’m never getting it back.
Radio station wanted to talk about the White House Correspondents' Dinner. I warned the booker: I hate the event and think it is everything wrong with access journalism in Washington and think it should be ended. Radio station no longer wants to talk with me.
If you are still wondering, "are Republicans really corrupt?" you have the answer now. This is why you cannot vote for a Republican in any election at any level for anything or sit out.
This is why we must not give them an inch, because every inch you give Republicans, they will land mine and use it to steal power for several more miles.

Between the “independent state legislature” theory and the state’s rights movement, I have to believe the the Republicans no longer believe in the United States. If so, they ought to renounce all federal aid to their states.

I get equally depressed when I see what the musicians of my youth look like today, the few that are still alive, that is.
I realize it's not a popular topic around here, but I fear there's a storm coming if this catches. No matter how much we true believers see ActivityPub as the best approach to global social media, it does have a number of issues, as we know. Most of the public doesn't care about the big picture. They never really have.
