I'm pretty sure that the FDA and the supremacy clause of the Constitution will have something to say about this should the Louisiana Senate pass that bill and the governor sign it.

The Ukrainian people chased out the Russian puppet because they saw clearly in which direction their best interests lay, with the EU and the West and definitely not as a vassal state of Putin's kleptocracy.

Either way, the most important thing to do, is to ignore, insult, argue with, and generally disrespect, Black men online! 🤡 Find a Black man, and yell "Trump is worse!" in his face as hard as you can! Swear at him, and threaten him with violence!
What it's like is spreading the message that all the kids and all the teachers can and should strive to do better; it's good for them individually and for the entire community.
What I hear you saying is that no one (outside the Black community?) should make any effort to either mobilize or persuade members of the Black community to vote for Biden/Democrats because they have been reliable blue voters in the past.
