Ok I'll start with that page that only shows data going back to Sept 2023. Low as they've been since the pandemic started? Can't tell from that. I do know however, that we are coming out of the 2nd biggest wave since the beginning. There are very few people left who haven't been infected at least once. Covid does damage. Long term.

Hospital ER visits... you mean attributed to Covid? You're lucky if they test you for it.

Numbers can't be high if they don't test... 1/

The current ICU capacity is:

91% at Evergreen
89% at Children's
89% at UW Med
88% at Harborview
81% at Overlake

That's high. And I'm not looking at how many cases of Covid (see above). We should be paying attention to heart issues, stroke, brain issues, including mental health issue, as well as respiratory because that's what post covid looks like, even when you don't test positive, even when you're not adding to the wastewater numbers.

covid numbers, it was about the general state of everything. Disabilities, homelessness, inflation, cost of groceries, rent, etc. climate change, etc.

Dude was all things are better than ever. A retiree even piped in with the fact that his social security was higher. Well yeah, it goes up every year but rent and food go up faster.

I dunno, I'm just tired of the denial.

Anybody got any observations of an increase in since began?

I tagged a post on Reddit who had some interesting things to say about it and every single comment was like "gee I wonder why?" "Ohhhh maybe it's marijuana!", completely ignoring that the commenter said the word Covid.

A little pissy about my post being taken down.

I'd love to see the numbers.

Also if each episode does damage to the brain like a heart attack does to the heart.

Ever notice when you mention a (fill in any random celestial event, like today's ) to someone in and they just stare blankly at you?

That ain't no .

It's the fact that the Universal Rule here is that no matter how many sunny days before or sunny days after, it is a requirement there be cloud cover and/or rain on the date/time of the event so we don't get excited about something we KNOW we won't be able to see.
