I do it by grid squares, I start a square one colour at a time and when it’s complete I mark that square so I know it’s done, that way I know where I’ve left off.

From my very limited knowledge in 3D printing and the types of solvents used, most contain things like acrolein and acetone, both of which are known toxins. So yes, this is a health risk without proper ventilation and I’m guessing your office doesn’t have that. I’d bring this up immediately with your boss and if you have the original containers the solvents came in, check for ingredients and potential health hazards.
My fiance does this when I’m watching TV and used to get a little offended that I would pause the TV. Then I explained to them that I can’t focus when you’re speaking, so I pause the TV to listen to you and give you my attention. I guess he thought I was annoyed he was interrupting when I would pause it, that is not the case at all. What he says is more important than anything on the telly

Two years later and a root canal that tooth is causing issues due to an infection. I have a check up on it in a month. It’s not really painful, but it’s a grim reminder of all the issues I had....
Perhaps you are feeling guilt or shame about that period of your life. Accepting it as such, forgiving yourself and truly embracing how far you’ve come since then may help alleviate some anxiety you have. I do understand this is harder said than done and these are things I’m currently working through myself. All the best, my friend ❤️
