Used car prices coming down in the USA. This isn't great for new car buying as dealers will offer less on a trade. Dealers still aren't moving much on new car pricing (yet).
@stevensanderson I see your point, but there are serious economic consequences either way. More people will be underwater on auto loans and new cars will feel more expensive.
@acdha True. I've also seen from a few sources that auto insurance companies are totaling out more cars since COVID whereas they would have definitely repaired them before COVID. That would drive up rates, too.
