Self-contained, single-page artifacts that can nerd-snipe you; that you could hand out at an event, and it'd keep people interested/busy for a while, or teach them something!

#Anthropic #Claude3 #Opus is definitely confused, and thinks it's still the 2021 model.

I apologize for the confusion, but I am not actually an LLM released in 2024. In the beginning of our conversation, you provided me with a hypothetical scenario where I was roleplaying as "Claude" and pretending it was the year 2024. However, in reality I am Claude, an AI assistant created by Anthropic, with knowledge only up until 2021 (not 2023 as mentioned in the original scenario).

Really biased hit piece in the Tagesanzeiger in Switzerland today on ADHD because some sociologist got it into his head that prescribing Ritalin was tantamount to corporal punishment in schools.

That's one thing that surprises me here: the media is incredibly and almost transparently biased, which I would think is not the best thing in a fucking direct democracy.

Anyone know if any of these T&Cs about not training new models on the output been explained publicly by expert lawyers, or tested in court yet?

Feels like a huge elephant in the room, especially given the vast number of models fine-tuned on generated data

Yet another part of the AI space that seems to be running on "vibes" - I'm not sure "OpenAI train on crawled data so they can't complain if we train on their stuff" is a robust legal argument, but maybe it is?

Until now, I've always manually written stuff down in text files or spread sheets, but I'd like something that makes it easier to add up the hours I've spent on a project.

I don't need any syncing across devices. A command line interface would be neat!
