    Penny's been with me since May 2006. She stayed with me when I was sleeping rough. She's been my most constant and most loyal companion for eighteen years. She's now unable to walk, unable to keep herself clean, in pain and incontinent. I am going to take her to the vets today to be put down. It's a hard decision.

    @MadeyeTheCarnaptious @Kellys revenge will be sweet. I have registered for my overseas postal vote. I was denied a vote in 2014, I am determined to make my vote for independence count. Regardless of which election I will be voting for the party, or parties, that support Scotland’s right to an independent future.

    @KissAnne while still forced to go to church we did attend harvest services. As already stated you’d bring something to be distributed among those less fortunate. I still do charitable acts, only not with the religious overtones.

    We were in Findhorn yesterday for a day out. It is famous for its long-standing eco-community but the village itself is very pretty. It sits at the head of a peninsula between the Moray Firth and a large bay. So lots of sea to look at, and very atmospheric in the afternoon winter sun.
