The issue appears related to geolocation settings in the Instagram and/or Threads mobile app automatically switching the account's "natural" registered country after an unspecified time, regardless of the business or individual's registered country in their Meta profile. This is impacting NGOs and companies, that have some staff with access to the account, or individuals who have spent time in that country. More feedback needed to assess the extent of the issue.
