This is something that I only learned this year, so I'm curious: do you know, off the top of your head, what the ~= version comparison operator does in #Python package dependencies?

As in, would you be able to explain the difference between what versions of fluxcapacitor pip is allowed to install if you say fluxcapacitor~=9.4.0 vs. fluxcapacitor>=9.4.0 vs. fluxcapacitor~=9.4 in your requirements?

(No need to spoil it in the comments; anyone can check PEP 440 or the PyPA specs.)
